 Five-Year Plan for the scholarship and training staff and employees

King Abdulaziz University

For the period of 1432 AH to 1436 AH

 

First, the objectives of the scholarship:

 

          
Aims scholarship to open the way for University employees (staff and employees) to raise their efficiency to reach the level of scientific and professional best enable them to perform their job duties to the best faces, their rehabilitation scientifically to obtain a degree is the diploma or master's degree or fellowship career, or develop their administrative and Vnina for through training as required by the business at the university, and that Baptaathm to specialized scientific institutions and distinguished scientific externally or internally, or enroll in graduate programs within the university.

 

Secondly, the areas of scholarship:

 

o Scholarship for a degree.

o Scholarship for training to acquire skills and knowledge of administrative and technical.

o scholarship grants provided by third parties.

 

Conditions for the scholarship for a degree:

 

The person to be emitted for a degree following conditions are met:

 

1) to be a Saudi national.

2) does not exceed his age (40) years and the University Council for exceptions to this requirement.

3) shall not be less appreciated in the year undergraduate degree or equivalent for a rating of "good".

4) have been spent in the service of the University for not less than two years from the date of his appointment.

5) that there will be a direct relationship between specialization that will be emitted and the nature of the work is done.

6) not be less than a calendar functionality of the last two years for a rating of "very good".

7) He must have the acceptance of a scientific institution recognized scientifically.

IV emission requirements for training:

 

The person who emits training following conditions are met:

* Specialties of Computer and Information Technology include: (Computer Engineering, Computer maintenance, programming, internet, networks, systems analysis, e-mail, e-governance, electronic archiving .. and any other disciplines fall under this category).

* Technical disciplines include: (maintenance of telephone, air conditioning maintenance, photography, directing, writing, editing, printing .. and any other disciplines fall under this category).

* Engineering disciplines include: (Architecture, Civil, Construction, projects .. and any other disciplines fall under this category).

* Other disciplines, including: (safety and security, rescue operations, emergency evacuation, first aid, social work, counseling and guidance, and any disciplines the university administration sees the need to).

 

 

VI filtering mechanism of the scholarship:

o meet the requirements of the scholarship.

o be a scholarship program supported by this plan.

o be a scholarship by the ratio specified for the sector.

o Male justification for the scholarship and the tasks to be performed by the employee after his return from the scholarship.

o statement of the number of administrative and technical staff officials of the sector.

VII study within the university:

Eighth Five-Year Plan implementation mechanism for the emission of male and female employees:

 

First is the announcement of the plan's five-year scholarship and the training of employees of the university administrators and technicians to all sectors of the university and its affiliates.
